The shady front yard would help to keep the interior of the house cool.

the area here isn't used much but the homes are intact and are part of the weedings at waldo's secret garden. mr.tripson maintains the patio, the ocean grill, Szechuan palace.

the county is the owner, remember I mentioned a home that was razed to become a retention pond? this is that lot.

It could easily be set up as a historic site, with tours. Paid guests would help with the cost of upkeep.
