I really like the clean lines of this home!
Of course, the palm trees/landscaping are premium appeal, with the pavers for the driveway in grand shape (or so the driveway appears).

I've always had a good chuckle about homes with in-ground pools when the beach looks to be close. Mind you, I understand the why's of having a home pool.
