Land per law suit is still contaimatinated.
Oh, now that makes it an all-together-different proposition.
Removing contaminated soil is very costly.

If lawsuit holds.it was cleaned up a few times.I wouldn't want to live thar close to the tracks.I can hear the train on the barrier island.even on the east side near the ocean.Oh, now that makes it an all-together-different proposition.

I took that from the north.let's post the east photo.the 5th turbine is still in that edifice.the wall blocks the tracks.View attachment 7733Didn't realize there were train tracks that close. Not a good idea for apartments/condos, then.
This is the after restoration. It was awful prior, windows broken no fence ,and yet it was operational in those days!I MAY post some arias from the Topos of then.to show the changes I remember. The road ended at this plant and didn't cross the tracksIt's a gorgeous building, no doubt about it.

They cant, historic registered edifice.I have a pdf file of historic surveying done and its has thus very home as a cover pageView attachment 7734It would be good if a practical use could be made of the building. I'd hate the thought of it being torn down.
The home is a politician.look up merril p barber.that was his home.note.not all of these homes as I have learned are pre depression they were built from thar time to the 50s as such.I haven't the time to correct them all.but this home built as a golf course hone as all on the street were is from the 20s.the neighbor is my chiropractor. I will verify the homes I repost using the county tax sight. This was built in 47View attachment 7735There is something to be said about the historic register, then!

That home has been restored ,several paint jobs.if it wasn't so personal.I might post his home history ie petmits, type if construction the garage there isn't original as it collapsed during the hurricane of of 04 and the new one looks like old.save it's not a flat roofAll you need is a hammock.
