Doubt it all you want to.I think he dilly-dallied around a little too much, and should have gone in with guns a blazing until they cried "STOP, we've had enough! We won't bother you anymore".
Do you really think Jesus of Nazareth would be for "going in guns blazing until they cried 'stop'"? I very much doubt it.
