Strong Delusion

Well the serpent and the dust part happened in the Garden....
that is future event,
so isreal was in the garden?

is 65:9
And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.

isiah 66:25

this is where i got this idea

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust [shall be] the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD

when has that happened?

Gen 3:14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

Well the serpent and the dust part happened in the Garden....

jason i never said such a thing!

Yes Jesus returns!

We can have His Kingdom where ever we are. On mars, the moon, in jail, at a ball game, working for some ol creep.

Luk 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Luk 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
Jesus told the people of his day not to look for the establishment of an earthly kingdom for the kingdom of God at that time and even until now is Christ in us the hope of glory. Jesus will most definitely set up an actual kingdom of God on earth and it most certainly is not established at this time, just look around, when Jesus returns and binds satan THEN Jesus will actually establish a kingdom of God on earth, presently we are citizens of the kingdom because of our standing with God,but we certainly are not in a kingdom of God!!!The church today is living in a very evil world, when God establishes His kingdom them all that will be no more. In our world today evil and satan rule the lives of most people...does that sound like the kingdom of God? It sounds to me just about the same as in the first century.

Colossians 1:13
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Either Paul or Sam is telling the truth.

You come to this drivel because you despise what Jesus said about his kingdom just as you disapprove of the work of the Holy Spirit .

Just like the enemy.

2000 years ago the Godly world the Hebrew Nation rejected Jesus the Christ. They were looking for a King, some one to rescue them. What they thought a King would look like. They rejected their/our Saviour. They wanted a King who looked like an earthly King. They wanted their King to fit their mold. They rejected the King who told them

Joh 18:36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Looked up and checked the title of the thread and this kingdom stuff is off topic... so i will hush up

Colossians 1:13
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Well Sam either you or Paul is telling the truth.

Or they both are.
The kingdom is here, the Spirit of God dwells in His, we have not inherited the kingdom that will be on earth, we will, all of His will, the Spirit is a gaurentee of that from God.

So yes as you say the kingdom is here and no as we say the kingdom is not here.

Heres a little better explanation of exactly what i am saying above:

"For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed with our habitation which is from heaven, if indeed having been clothed, we shall not be found naked. For we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, not because we want to be unclothed, but further clothed, that mortality may be swallowed up by life. Now He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who also has given us the Spirit as a gaurentee.
So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord."

Grace to you, peace from God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

And that says not a word about a temporal kingdom. :screwloose

24Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:
25But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
26But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
27So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?
28He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
29But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.
30Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

Quit whining like spoiled children and pay attention to what Jesus actually said instead of what you want.

And that says not a word about a temporal kingdom. :screwloose

It mentions both the kingdom you speak of and the kingdom the way we also speak of, we groan for the inheritance, the new body, the first resurrection, to be with the Lord where the Lord is, for perfection, incorruption. In other words, the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ because that is when we are granted what we groan for through Him, when He gathers His together and they live and reign with Him for a thousand years and will be in the new heaven and earth, New Jerusalem and dwell there with Him and God Almighty forever and ever. Amen.
We shall never be seperated from Him at His second coming, that is what we groan for, for the corruption to be made incorruption. If we have the gaurentee, which is what you refer to as the kingdom being with us, the Holy Spirit, then we know we shall never be seperated from Him, but we still seek the actual inheritance we will recieve on that Day in body, the incorruptible body and await the new heavens and new earth, New Jerusalem and God to dwell with Him and His.

Grace to you, peace from God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

snakes eat dust? when did that happen? they eat spiders, frogs and even large animals. of course i see something, i wonder if that is a snake as we see it or another word for an animal, hmm

so then why does hitch bother to have revalation in his bible?

and also when in the last day is satan realised?

You are astonishingly confused.

What I refer to is the kingdom of God as defined and described by Jesus Christ. And you despise it.

so then why does hitch bother to have revalation in his bible?

I have no idea what you're talking about. But thanks for demonstrating how unimportant you view the kingdom as defined by Jesus Christ.

You are astonishingly confused.

No, i do not despise it. You just dont understand the difference in the kingdom being with us and the kingdom coming.

Your fruit, your actions and your words clearly show what you despise, you claim to know God, but since ive been on this site i've failed to see Him in you, you do not regard your brethren, you are snide and rude, you speak words i see very few brethren speak to fellow brethren on a regular basis yet you do it continiously.
Regardless of whatever interpretation you hold Hitch you certianly do not hold the way of the Lord toward others openly, i see no fruit of the Spirit in you based on your actions ive seen from you on day one

You should look at that before you try and show anyone what you believe the scriptures say, honestly.
Review all your comments and just look at how you treat others, i say that with concern, honestly.

Grace to you, peace from God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

It would be easier to ignore you and not very loving now wouldnt it? I said i care Hitch, ignoring you wouldnt be very caring, im not going to ignore you.

I dont know why you are putting that particular scripture up, it clearly shows unbelievers and His together at the harvest, further it even shows the unbelievers being bundled up for the time of the fire, not put into the fire at that point but bundled up for the fire, which is the great white throne judgement when all the bundles prepared for the fire are judged by God, and it shows His are gathered together to Him at the harvest, which is the first resurrection, the gathering of the saints, when corruption obtains incorruption.

Grace to you, peace from God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Actually you have already said you would ,obviously you werent telling the truth.

That doesnt suprise me

It doesnt take much to see the sepearation of good and evil comes at the end. Your system requires that the kingdom of darkness continues to grow even among the bodily present risen Christ and his saints, in direct opposition to what Jesus said.

Get something through your skull. The kingdom prophesied is the kingdom Jesus announced and Paul defined. Your fairytales are useless.

No i previously gave you the option of making a covenant with me, but you refused, therefore that act of being peaceably between us was never obtained, you wanted me to shut up my mouth with no equal arrangement between us.
Basically you wanted me to give up my land with nothing equal in return where you could still have action againts me in any form or way and i would not be able to do anything about it and i didnt agree with that so i submitted an equal right covenant and you rejected it.

So i havent not told the truth about anything, you simply desire to believe so, you could have accepted it and i would have followed it so much as you would have but you were not willing.

The harvest spoken of happens at the coming of Christ, Paul speaks of in 1Corinthians 15:23 and is also mentioned in Revelation 14:14-16, 20:4-6 for the wheat and the tares is mentioned in Revelation 14:17-20, 20:21 and also 20:5, that is the bundling of the tares and not the tares being cast into the fire but the bundling of the tares on earth.
If you want me to post the scriptures of the time the bundles go into the fire i can do that also.

Grace to you, peace from God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
