stuff about Jezebel

There was an argument today. Someone mentioned that seductive dressing (painting, perfumes etc) was Jezebel's sin the bible recorded about, which she used to lure some to sin.
Another argued it was the killing of God's people - and the bible never records any stuff about her dressing and overall appearance.

Is the first true? Scriptures, please
 
Revelation 2:20-22
Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds.

This doesn't address the issue you raise concerning her as an individual with seductive dressing.
However there must be something about the Jezebel spirit that was still relevant/prevalent in Revelation which was written well after she died.

Yes they are. Let's be honest men are base and women are not.

Women don't fully understand how a mans mind works and certainly a man doesn't understand how a woman's mind works.

Men are stimulated by the physical and women by the emotional.

I do think though that it is harder for you females because men just see the physical. When they do emotional goes out the window.

To be honest this side of eternity I don't think it will change.

What I do think though is that when us men stand before God and we say "it was her fault" that is not gonna cut it.

I'm responsible for my actions, regardless. Yes every time a pretty girl walks past me and I look at her and think wow and allow lust to take over that is my weakness and my fault (please note I'm not saying I do that all the time)

I do however think that women have realise as well that us males are attracted by the physical appearance.

As I said maybe this side of eternity it won't change unless of course we all walk around in bin bags that covers our bodies with just a couple of holes for the eyes and one for the mouth, to see and breath

2Ki 9:31 And as Jehu entered the gate, she said, “Is it peace, you Zimri, murderer of your master?”
Jezebel dressed up according to her custom to greet (allure appease seduce) her enemy. In those days she had a name for being a whore.
Having a reputation should be enough proof, without a lot of graphic evidence that would shift the focus from her evil intent to other side issues.

Once upon a time...
We were discussing having a baby. (I'm not having one) and it was said that at my age it was more likely to be a girl.

So we were thinking of names that would fit within the confines of initials of everyone else in the family ("JD")

Of course "Jezebel Delilah" came right up.
No one in Sunday School class thought that it was a good idea.

What's in a name?

Well..I think it does though not clearly stated in the scripture.
