I don't believe your misreading of Heb. 2.
Jesus did die for all who will be brought to glory, but nobody is denied access to that gift.
Any one can avail themselves of the gift.
Most won't do what it takes to profit from Christ.
You are promoting salvation by what man does and deny Salvation by what Christ does, for all whom He tasted death for are brought to Glory, Heaven Heb 2:9-10

He died for "all men", as Heb 2:9 says.
But not all men will reciprocate the loving life style necessary for their salvation.
You still promote salvation by what man does, denying Salvation by what Christ did, which in essence is unbelief,

The every man Christ tasted death for are brought to Glory, meaning heaven Heb 2:9-10

9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation
perfect through sufferings.

Yes after Christ tasted death for His People, He rose from the dead, thats where and why they receive Spiritual life in their Salvation
Understanding the phrase "rose from the dead" is the key . Dead must be defined.

Dead asleep or dead ?

Sickness unto death or death?

Dead sacrifice or life giving Holy Spirit?

John 11:4 When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.

Matthew 26:38 Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me

Can they avail themselves if they do not hear his will and therefore are not empowered to believe unto the glory of God not seen?

How can they hear if God does not empower them . Use ones own imagination?

Who is it that works in you that you might beleive God not seen?

Jesus did the will of the father with delight some murmur

Philippians 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputings:

Easily, thats how I can say that, you believe people Christ died for shall yet die in their sins, so you dont believe His death saved anyone, thats unbelief.
Since he is a Christian then he doesn't believe Christ didn't save anyone as "you" state.

Jesus didn't word it as you do. That is He didn't state those who must listen and learn from the Father come to Him. He stated those who listen and learn from the Father come to Him.

Since you can't know, as you believe, those God pre-chose to be saved of what value is your theology?

Therefore the message remains "whosoever" calls on the Lord shall be saved.

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; 26 and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”

27 “Yes, Lord,” she replied, “I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”

God gives grace to the humble but resists the proud.

It's not thank God you chose me to be saved. Its Lord have mercy on me and forgive my sins and cleanse my heart of all unrighteousness. Sanctify my inner being by your Holy Spirit and please come into my heart and dwell with me forever with your Holy Spirit.

Thanks to God's benevolence, the man can turn from sin and get water baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of past sins.
God will then grant the man the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Plus, the man can depend on promises like 1 Cor 10:13..."There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."
Your hypothetical Moslem had the chance to do that, but didn't.
God's benevolence is available to all men.

God won't "make me" convert.
Converting is something left up to me.
A gift cannot be given if there is no recipient.

If a man is interested in doing right, he will hear God.
God doesn't hide from those who want to serve Him.
How can they hear if God does not empower them . Use ones own imagination?
God gave them ears to hear with, and preachers to speak the words of this life.
Who is it that works in you that you might beleive God not seen?
Belief is a choice.

What most of mans religion dont understand is that all for whom Christ is an advocate for means they are saved, redeemed, Justified and covered by His Blood, thats why He is their advocate 1 Jn 2:1-2

My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

All the men Christ tasted death for are saved.

God bless you, Brightfame52!

You wrote a key point, there, regarding 1 John 2:1-2.

And it has been a blessing to witness your testimony regarding:

we do see Him who was made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone. For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things, and through whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to perfect the author of their salvation through sufferings
(Hebrews 2:9-10)
The "everyone" has "salvation", so none of the "everyone" lacks "salvation" because Christ succeeds every time to bring every single son to glory!

Hopeful 2 fails to understand, even denies "the love of Christ controls us" (2 Corinthians 5:14)!

You wasting space. Those who Christ died for, they died with Him and when He arose they arose with Him, they shall be made alive spiritually through His resurrection.

If anyone believes that people Christ died for shall yet die in their sins, which Christ already died for, yes they dont believe Christs death saved anyone, and thats unbelief.

Again you deny that Christs death saved them He died for, that it takes them to Glory Heb 2:9-10 thats unbelief.

If anyone believes that people Christ died for shall yet die in their sins, which Christ already died for, yes they dont believe Christs death saved anyone, and thats unbelief.
Which again if their a Christian disputes your reasoning in what they believe. Since you can't know who, as you believe, God chose beforehand to believe in His Christ and be redeemed, then your theology is useless and the gospel message is presented as it was in the beginning. "whosever" calls on the Lord will be saved.

Your wasting time. dead asleep or dead never to rise?

They were made alive spiritually by the power of the father. The Son had no power living in a earthen body of death. He cried out just as us not as I will but you Father the one with power to raise the dead . God is not a man.
