The ones who Christ tasted death for shall hear and believe because those are fruits and effects of His bringing them to Glory, which His death effects Heb 2:9-10Actually I am reading what the scripture actually says, verses what you are saying.
But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone. Hebrews 2:9
- by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.
His sacrifice was for everyone in the world, not just a select few.
Those who hear and believe will be saved.
Those who do not believe will not be saved.
He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him. John 3:36

9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
