I guess Jesus' sacrifice was not sufficient to cover EVERY MAN in reformed theology.
BTW, not all reformed theologians agree with the OP.
Some DO believe that Jesus died for every man, past, present and future.
Whether they come to believe or not.

No. It says how much worse should it be for people who ignored Jesus than the prophets,

He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God Heb.10:28-29

As Jesus tasted death for all men, it makes sense that those who avail themselves of His advocacy will be "taken to glory".
We can only pity those who reject His graceful offer of eternal life.

All those still refusing to submit to God can still have their sins washed away by the blood of Christ if the repent of sin and get baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of their past sins.

Their sins won't be purged until they are washed away by the blood of Christ at baptism in Jesus' name for the remission of past sins. (Acts 2:38)

Jesus, in a manner, put the "credit card" on the table to be used by whoever wants it.
Just because most won't do what it takes to use that "credit card" doesn't make the "card" a failure.
The "credit card" is His suffering and death.
I am reminded of the wedding guest who showed up without a wedding garment in Jesus' parable in Matt. 22.
The man was invited, if not forced to attend, but there were still requirements to be met.

Any sins Christ died for cant be charged anymore. Thats why those who Christ died for, they are saved, and they did nothing, they are legally saved and reconciled to God even while they are enemies hating God.

Christ tasted death for all men so all men, through Him, could be declared righteous.
But the men must do their part by taking part in that death.
Peter writes..."Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;" (1 Peter 4:1)
Our "suffering in the flesh" occurs at our baptism into Christ's death. (Rom 6:6, Gal 5:24)

They dont have to repent, Christ purged their sins away, they cant be charged to them, even when they are unbelievers.

All those Christ tasted death for are saved, doesnt matter if they refuse to submit to God, Christ died for their not submitting to God.

Jesus purges our sins by exposing us to fire as he was,

he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, Mal.3:3

by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning. Isa.4:4

For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 1Pet.4:17

So the "judgment" for believers is now, not no judgment at all as you think.

I believe these disagreements come from not understanding how God sses his Son,

This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Mt.3:17

as opposed to how man saw his son,

we know that this man is a sinner. Jn.9:24
