Would you consider America a Christian Country?

What do you think?
How closely true or false? What is it?
 
I wouldn't have called the USA a Christian country at any time. That is not what the Constitution says either.
However, I would say that respect for other people and their property has diminished over time.

When you visit CNN or BBC Facebook pages and read stuff on ISIS you will be amazed that America is viewd as (by some angry posters): those Christians who spend all their energy attacking Islamic nation. Point is, they label America Christian. Perhaps for religious issues
