The Derailing Thread

Virtual particles are constantly popping into and out of existence. No one knows why.

So, I went to Knoxville Thursday night, came home last evening - 450 mile trip - to help a friend (retired Pastor) with his car - and it occurred to me that I learned something. See, I spent the night at their home last night. I slept solidly for 7 hours - with my "sleep apnea", that is almost unheard of with me.

They have a hospital bed in one of their guest rooms, and since my back was really acting up, I slept in it, with my knees and head elevated. So, maybe a CPAP machine is NOT the answer, maybe a hospital bed IS the answer for me. All I know is, I was wide awake all day today, really rested. I like that.

And last night, I slept in a recliner - did it again, over 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep, repositioned, and another two hours on top of that!
