I am allergic to most dogs. The ones I can be around are poodles, chihuahua's, yorkies, shitzu's, ...i think thats it

I was wondering what it was saying lol

Um....well, this is from the first portion of the Dragon Ball manga where Goku was a child....hm....I know this is from the Red Ribbon arc, but I'm pretty sure this is a panel where he's walking towards somebody and not about to fight, so....
Maybe it's meant to be the sound of his footsteps on the railing?

Btw, that was also one of the code phrases the Japanese used to signal the attack on Pearl Harbor (the other, more famous one, was of course TORA TORA TORA, "Tiger Tiger Tiger").

Incidentally, the commander of the Japanese air strike forces who gave the command to begin the attack later became a Christian evangelist after the war.
