The Derailing Thread

Self-described J-"Star" Valentine with his new sport, "extreme singing". I particularly like the audience reaction. I do give the young man credit for taking criticism in a mature manner. Hey, he gave it his best shot.

Hahahahahahaha.
...... I hope he sticks with modeling.

Years, no, decades of karate training, only to find out I've been doing it wrong.

I've seen Eugene before. The first time I buzzed in about the same time as Pierce, only to find that you can't judge a book by its cover.

I know kawaii is cute, but not yo
And thank you. (arigato)
Let's give her a Japanese name.
What is Japanese for pony?

Yo in this case is a colloquial sentence ending, meaning something like, "it certainly is" or "I agree". The textbook expression would be "Kawaii desu ne" for "it's cute, isn't it".

Horse is "uma", so maybe you could name her after Uma Thurman, who wielded a pretty wild samurai sword in the Kill Bill movies?

Uma actually is a common female given name in Japan. Sometimes this stuff just writes itself.

What vids are you watching?

Yaaay!
Some day we're going to derail the thread in Japanese lol

I have some study material for Japanese but I couldn't get to it today, and I told myself I would study so...I looked on Google/YouTube
