That's not chucky. :sad
Talk about being quick on the draw. Panic. :shame
You know he had to shoot her with a handgun, so they show pics of him with a rifle. That's irresponsible journalism.

That has to be a case of a guy who carried a gun and didn't practice. Being armed gives you time. Fear sets in tachycardia or whatever they call it, when things go in slow motion. He didn't identify his target. He should be responsible for that. She couldn't have appeared as a threat. I bet she didn't have a knife like chucky did. I can see chucky getting shot but not a screaming young girl. What a waste.

When I was being attacked, I had time to make decisions and identify the target. That's so sad. :nonono:cries

The shooting was an accident. Two people made a very tragic mistake.

No Sir. I disagree. The shooter was negligent. He didn't identify a threat. Being startled by a young girl jumping out of a closet and probably screaming, is not a threat. Anyone versed in defensive firearms would tell you this. I am. I was being attacked and not just pranked and startled and I still had time to identify, consider, and react in a way that controlled the situation and kept me safe, and allowed me the time and presence of mind enough to decide that I didn't have to shoot him.

The young girl was doing what young people do, having fun. the shooter was negligent and should be held responsible. :sad I say this from a very pro gun stance. But carrying a gun carries a huge responsibility with it.
God bless the young girl and her family.

I know the story. it ends with a blurb on the facts about gun violence. but accidents even if he didn't mean to kill her like that doesn't mean he shouldn't do time. he had to id the target and could have holstered. it is taught in ccl.

I didn't take any ccl class, but you're absolutely right.
That was panic fire.

I guess we see things different too.

That's ok.

Haha, I love how they included Minato's super long and flashy names for his jutsu in this game. (This and the humor in this probably make much sense unless you've read the most recent arcs of the Naruto manga. =P)
"It’s called: Flying Raijin: Jiku Shippu Senko Rennodan Zeroshiki!! ….nothing, really. "
And then he just smiles pleasantly. Haha.
