You know he had to shoot her with a handgun, so they show pics of him with a rifle. That's irresponsible journalism.
That has to be a case of a guy who carried a gun and didn't practice. Being armed gives you time. Fear sets in tachycardia or whatever they call it, when things go in slow motion. He didn't identify his target. He should be responsible for that. She couldn't have appeared as a threat. I bet she didn't have a knife like chucky did. I can see chucky getting shot but not a screaming young girl. What a waste.
When I was being attacked, I had time to make decisions and identify the target. That's so sad.

Yeah, I don't like that kind of stuff. They word that stuff so as to sort of force you to do what they want, and that makes me suspicious. Could be malware of some sort so I don't do it. God knows where my heart is so not being double talked into some cleverly worded crap doesn't mean anything if you don't buy into it (other than smart perhaps, lol)
