The Derailing Thread

No one is here this time. Hello. Hello.

I'm left handed, so when I lay in my side I rest my head on my right hand/fist, so first it's sharp pain and then falls asleep. I always sit funny, sometimes cross legged on the couch, and my lag/foot falls asleep a lot.

Really neat video. It's about a guy who's colorblind and sees true colors with these special glasses for the first time.

Very cool! That's probably how we'll all react when we get to Heaven (assuming we do). Seeing all the colors God made, not just a tiny sliver of the electromagnetic band our vertebrate eyes can detect. We'll be seeing colors we won't have names for. We'll probably spend the first day just talking about the different colors.

And I just got back from the N4. It was a bloodbath. Really hard. I'm quite sure I failed. Might have to rethink this whole thing. As in hiring a tutor.

But I still had a better day than the girl sitting next to me. Remember how I said that if your phone goes off during the live exam, it's an automatic zero? 10 minutes before the finish of the first section, yep, her phone ringy dingys like nobody's business. She took it well, I felt sorry for her.

Oh no :(

At least you tried. Now you can study better because you know what the test is like.

I feel bad for that girl. It seems kind of obvious that you should turn your phone off.

They warn you explicitly several times, but seems like every year it happens to at least one person. Sometimes people just switch off the ringer not realizing that on some phones alerts or notifications can still sound, but this sounded like a regular phone call.

Ah.
I haven't been studying Japanese for quite awhile because I'm focusing on Peer Support. My test is in the middle of December.

Its going well! It's amazing how much I've learned sticks to memory without much difficulty.

Wow, what a powerhouse. I couldn't believe Simon thought pubsinger. Pubsinger isn't necessarily a bad thing, people do go to pubs and spend money while listening to someone sing.
