Uhmm, L'Chante, as a vegetarian, you should stick to the potato chips I brought.

The deep fried mushrooms are much better. I'm going to market them as mushroom chips. I think they'll sell real well. I tried selling thin dried slices of beef as "Cow Chips", but they weren't popular for some reason.

"Hold it, Everybody!" Vince yells. He hurries to the top of the hill, equipped with barbecued potato chips and leftovers from Theophilus's BBQ.

The Phillies are playing the Braves in a three-game series, starting tonight. I want to get a good view.

*Theo sneaks some BBQ flavor Mushroom Chips and some regular flavor Cow Chips into the potato chips. Vince takes a handfull of the mix and eats some of each.

The folks at the BBQ are interrupted by the sound of Vince, yelling jubilantly from the top of the hill. "Uh oh," thinks Theo. "I gave him too many mushrooms."

But Vince is phlying a Phillies phlag, phlapping it phuriously in the air.

"The Phillies beat the Braves!" Vince yells. "Their magic number is 8! And the Phillies are now phour games in phirst place!"

No more mushrooms for you, l'Chante.

Vince, I have some "headache pills" for you to try.

Theo, the fact that L'Chante is exuberantly cheering for the Phillies proves that she is stone cold sober. And my continual intelligent phanaticism for the Phillies proves that I have not taken any of your illicit concoctions.

Note to L'Chante: Hang in there, Kid. We're going to the World Series!

Hey, everybody! The er... um... hot dogs... yes, that's what they are. Hot dogs. The hot dogs are ready. Who wants some?

If they're Phillies Phranks, I'll take one.

For the record, there really are, or at least were, Phillies Phranks sold at Phillies games. Highly overpriced, they were later sold in supermarkets where they bombed.

Once again, a mighty shout of triumph shatters the stillness of the evening.

"The Phillies beat the Braves AGAIN!" shouts Vince, the King of the Hill. "They are now phive games in phirst place, and their magic number is 6!"

Here, l'Chante, have the whole bottle. Try to get Vince to take some too. He seems a bit confused.
