10 SHORTCUTS TO TRUTHFUL LIVING
Personally, Truthful Living waxes and wanes with me; sometimes strongly, sometimes subtly.
Here is a story (see 5). While cycling with a friend, I expressed my disappointment that I could not ride, like the elite cyclists, at 40 kph (25 mph). He said, "Sure you can, just follow me." So we upped the pace to 40 kph, but after a 100 metres I lost breath and slowed down again. He said, "See! You can ride at 40 kph. You just need to stretch it out from now on".
1. Receive the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth.
2. First thing in the morning spend at least 20 minutes of quiet time in prayer and meditation. Praying only for knowledge of God's will for you and the power to carry that out.
3. During the day, if you have to think, think only about the truth of what is
4. Only speak the truth or not at all.
5. Stop believing in stories by staying with what is true.
6. Refer life only from the soul-mind perspective.
7. Need nothing for self.
8. Remain soft and gentle.
9. Accept and be content with all things.
10. Only love the love that loves you.

- 1 is mandatory if you don't wish the be enslaved by self-will (old nature).
- 2 is a basic requirement for seeking and improving conscious contact with God. It is a start towards continuous prayer (conscious of God 24/7).
- 1&2 allows access to everything True.
- 3-10 Any ONE of these can lead a person to Truthful Living, and the other shortcuts (3-10) will become known to you as well.
- Truthful Living is awareness of Holy Spirit in us. From this awareness Truthful Living is available to the unconditional-self (humbled).
