WE DONT know if its pre mid or after trib .i have heard all 3 teachings what i do know is God has not appointed us to wrath
1 Thessalonians 5:9 King James Version (KJV)
9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, i do lean toward pre and mid . i will never agree with having to go through the 7 years . all these preachers who studied scriptures can only speculate. because the Bible does not give a specific time frame..
It is True God has not appointed us to wrath. However that does not mean we, by our own doings, do not appoint ourselves to wrath? God does not appoint us to wrath, TRUE. But that does not negate or make void other inspired by God Scriptures.
Gal_6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
So even though we Christians are not appointed to wrath by God, if we freely choose to sow to the flesh, then we will indeed suffer in the flesh for doing so, EXACTLY as the Word of God teaches.
Col_3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
This includes Christians. If a Christian does wrong, they will suffer for the wrong that they chose to commit.
Heb_12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. (PUNISHES)
So even though we are not appointed to wrath, does not mean we do not bring it upon our own selves. Is it not written you will reap what you sow? Yes that is written. So even though we are not appointed to His Wrath, we most certainly are if we choose to sow to the flesh, choose to do that which is sinful, choose to wrong one another.
Which makes since, because it is written for the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men.(Rom 1:18) The wrath of God is against all those that willingly and knowingly do that which is ungodly. So then, even though when we are Saved, we are not appointed to His Wrath, if we freely choose to live in sin, we choose to be appointed to His wrath by our own actions.
Believing one verse does not negate other verses. Even though we are not appointed to wrath, if we choose to live in sin we will suffer the consequences of those actions, EXACTLY as Scriptures teach. We will reap what we sow.
