what are you listening to right now?

Christmas music (Bah! Humbug!) being played next door so loud the entire apartment building can hear it. I'm going over to ask them to turn it down a bit. I hope I don't have to call the police on them on Christmas eve.

Good luck!
Alternatively, get the loudest speakers you have, angle them towards your neighbours' door or wall, find some noisy punk rock or death metal (bonus points for f-words in the lyrics) on youtube, and .... well I bet you can guess the rest. Merry christmas. :biggrin2

I actually thought of that, but I don't have any speakers loud enough. I went over and asked them politely and there was no problem. I've never met them before (they just moved in), but they seem like nice people.

Oh awesome. Maybe that's the beginning of a new friendship. :-)

Hi Edward: I think they call them 'koleda'.

Yeah, I think that must mean "carols" but it didn't translate for me in google translate so that's a guess. But that being the title, it must be what it means.

I think they pronounce it 'kolenda', but write it 'koleda'. (Something about a nazalized 'e'...)

questdriven:

I heard the Red Army Choir. Impressive. (Don't think much of the Red Army in some ways...)

Blessings.

PS: questdriven: so how long before you and your bro. hit the road to travel to the Christian rock concert that you mentioned? Winter Jam.

Blessings.

An AMV with a mix of TFK songs.

There's fighting and things and people die, but it all takes place in anime mostly set in an MMO game so instead of blood and gore it just explodes into pretty color shards. In other words, not at all graphic.

After receiving an iTuens gift card and buying a couple specific anime songs, completing Skillet's album Comatose on my ipod, and a few TFK and Relient K songs I'm more concentrated on that. And by now I'm kinda tired of Christmas music. :thud

Destroy, by Worth Dying For

This is a track I purchased off iTunes kinda by accident, but I don't regret it.

Maybe about half.

Your musical tastes seem to keep reverting at least substantially to the hard rock that I guess in some ways appears to define you now, compared with how you may have been about 2 years ago, right?

Blessings.
