Adam and all his descendants were shut out of Eden. The world where it was physically located was destroyed by the flood.
Our purpose now is to spread the gospel while also glorifing God in our lives.after death or at the second coming w will be united with Jesus in heaven.
Edens location is irrelevant.
 
The location of the garden was lost due to the flood. The four rivers mentioned...also lost.
