I think you misread Allenwynnes question, Obadiah - He asked a theoretical or hypothetical question; he was not saying that he believes God doesn't want to or won't heal him.

It's wise to realize we are hear to serve God, God does not exist to serve us.
I never said God doesn't want to heal you. How could I possibly know if He does or not? It's wise to realize we are hear to serve God, God does not exist to serve us.
Why didn't CHRIST invite doctors?
Then why do Christians get sick, injured, or are born with defects and do not always get healed? Some would say it's lack of faith, but did Paul lack faith moreso than those who Jesus did in fact heal? Paul wanted God to heal him and God did not. So why don't all Christians get healed and live forever? How could we know if God wants to heal us or not? It's right there in scripture brother. He does. The Lord knew this question would be asked, so He put it in there for us. The Leper came to Jesus saying I know you can, but is it your will to heal me? (Or similar) It's in Luke 5 I think. Jesus answered and said "I will" so there you have it. It is His will to heal us. God does not change and is no respecter of persons, so if it was true for the Leper, then it's true for all.
The best healer on earth would of course be a Christian Doctor. Medical science is real and does save lives to a certain extent. Then there is God, which has no limits.

You have written brilliantly. It takes faith to believe. The same amount of faith one applies on taking some med and believing strongly on its efficacy ....is also the same you need for that ailment to leave your body. Truth is, many have lost faith in God. Believe it or not, some would prefer to struggle out of Christ's grip and go for a doc.
As for the man who was born blind thing - it actually says in the original Greek that Jesus said it was neither, but that He would take it as an opportunity to show God's glory. In other words, it had nothing to do with sin, or with God, but with Satan.
Why are there 1000s denominations out there? Are they all healthy?
Our body reflects the state of our spirit, as I think. All needs to be healed. Right?
Ok, the spirit is usually worse.Actually it doesn't.
.
some times the infirmities will bring out the beauty of the spirit...
Ok, the spirit is usually worse.
Or visa versa. Have you noticed the world attains to the beauty of the flesh.
