It's not the virus itself...it's going to happen there... been happening there for a long time now. We never have given them recriminations for them either. Just asked to let us know when it happens...

But this time they didn't...and that's what the nation's are upset over.

Those are basically the same opinion page articles from Japan, which doesn’t get along with China. Obviously China keeps too hush hush.
And we have a President who said it was just going to disappear quickly which is every bit as dangerous.

Yeah, although I must admit that even though I found his comment a bit humorous is the difference is we're all pretty much in agreement about the Chinese government,.. it's evil and somewhat Satanic.

You know I'm actually starting to agree with Michael74 on this one,.. if we had more machines (robots) over in the United States then maybe we could stop worrying about buying and trading goods from China in general.

Isolationism is not a good plan in today's world economy. It has proven itself to be a failure. We do a lot here in the US and we trade world-wide. If you don't want us to use foreign goods, then the best thing you can do is not buy foreign goods. Anything that you can't buy US made that you want, you'll just have to make yourself or do without.

A lot of the reason for so many things being made outside the country comes down to competition. When foreign made products were placed on the shelves along side American made, people bought the foreign made because the costs were lower. As a result, the American companies couldn't compete. There could be multiple reasons for that including, but not limited to, economic differences, lifestyle differences, standard of living differences that affect labor costs and other things, government imposed tariffs, material costs, taxes, regulations, greed (both corporate and workforce) and so on but it is what it is.

people argue over when I have taken photos of demolished buildings and lampooned the owner for doing as he sees fit. you have no idea how Disney is hated by those types, and how well the snowbirds are here.

I do have mixed feelings about what Disney did. people argue over preservation of any old home or edifice they feel connected to. there is only one building I wont miss and that is a newspaper one. I would gladly hit the dynamite igniter and record for posterity. this coming from one who took these.. before you and i wear born this was a tourist court, these had no ac, and no kitchen,,originally if does now idk. so yes i fit that type .yet i can state my opinions on this and that without being stupid.
a church member who is into church history and rags on me about my theology. he thought he ran me off. i am amil, arminist in a church whose elders are pre mil schofield and reformed. the pastor isnt he is amil,he doesnt mind respect debate and members disagreeing on the grey areas(reformed vs arminism and end times and also acts 2, what type of baptism is the Holy Ghost etc. i have stated my opinion on that in the middle of a bible study when the feelers felt it was ok.

you wouldn't be able to own a bible in that country without a license . not that the us government hasn't also commited genocides in the past. stomp on rights, we aren't the worst at it but we aren't free from it.

1. stating my opinion 2, and being in church or any that does actually want you think, my pastors words, is a bad thing. a church ought to be so friendly that one should just keep quiet and not allow each elder to have their point of view so long as its not a severe heresy is bad?3. my pastor is interesting biblical unity and what the bible does actually say. 4. he and I both see the problem with most church, fiefdoms. many locally are one man shows and once the pastor dies or leaves the church folds. I can rattle off several that have done that and a few close. and I shall.

. pioneer Baptist, forest park Baptist,that church is where pastor Adrian rogers would hold revivals, treasure coast assembly of god. and a few more. this is the state of the church here. I looked for a church that actually holds a biblical position. my current one does and refers to the Westminster confession which you well know what that is and that is older then the us nearly.

I do think there are churches that will not take sides and allow dissent on minor issues, others take a take a rigid stance,

this forum was nothing like the debates over whether fpl should buy vero electric or not, I had to avoid that and unless it was really an ignorant statement on that I usually unless mentioned stayed out and people did ask me on social media and in person.

I hate what Disney did because what I do remember before.

you stated that you wanted American workers. before you were born and up to the mid to late 80s before they started dying off, I could get free oj, buy local grove produce of tomatoes, strawberries, grapefruit and other citrus and also we had odd ball local built them parks, one being more known before Disney and even with Disneyland it was still the most popular, waldo sextons. mckee jungle garden where by you could camp.learn and enjoy what florida was like with that sexton eccentricity and see things that were from Africa, Disney killed that. I was born at the end of it and i didn't get to see it, only a part of that remains and my wife and make a yearly trek to it. its a botanical garden. I could go into the other places that predate Disney, some remain many don't. I will add orange stands on the way to grandparents and other memories if you are under 30 you wouldnt know of this florida. to these Disney is very banal. it represents the end of that time of simple farming and that old southern florida time. I am older know and didn't understand why my grandpa would enjoy nature and now I see it. Orlando wasn't theme parks then

my point made you wouldn't if you lived in my state remember if it all road side stands of local orange sold on roads to 95, the turnpike or any other well traveled place. these were all over. I would have photos of them if they stood , a few still do but are in bad shape. I have one that was one a long time ago and goes back nearly 100 years and likely was built when us1 was a dirt road
