Now that is a beautiful cup of coffee Almost too pretty to drink.My daughter used to work as a barista a long time ago.They had a barista artist who would make those fancy drinks.

Was this the nice daughter that used be on your avatar? Serving at a bar is one of those jobs that can't easily be replaced by a machine, unlike the automation that does a lot of work in so many other spheres.

Oh I wasn't judging her or anything.
My point I guess is that the lady or man serving behind a bar is very much an institution that, as the years go by, automation cannot replace.

It to some extent also depends on how much the customer wants to pay; I guess there will always be a market for the special barista variety. Blessings.
