If Billions have not heard the gospel its not Gods fault. It is because these people for hundreds and hundreds of years have turned the gospel away. I read a book here recently that explained what one prominent country did to missionaries and the gospel message years and years ago. They did not want there people to worship a God more then the current administration. They looked at that as a threat so they ran them out. Now, If generation after generation goes without hearing the gospel its not Gods fault that they are lost. They had their opportunity and they failed. There are plenty of places today which are not hospitable to Christians. This is not Gods fault.
A person is not saved because they have heard of the name Jesus Christ, they are saved if Jesus Christ lives in them, and if He does they live for Christ not themselves.
