Not necessarily. Generally women are physically weaker, but an athletic women who's in shape could beat a man who doesn't exercise. And some women are stronger than average.

I just think you're underestimating, but life's too short to get worked up over everything, and the main point of jarring was over the laws which is resolved now anyways. Sorry if I came off forcefully. I have two buildings to clean, so I'll be on my way for now.

Rape only needs to defined as any sex act with out consent. Simply saying yes while high on ghb isn't consent.you aren't sober. Of course with alcohol the intent to Rape has to established and also it's not the case with the military.

The definition of rape in the ucmj and I believe in my state are as such
No consent ,minor ,ward of the state who isnt able to consent, sobreity.difference between how sobriety idealt with.

I guess this topic just really bugs me. I've not been a victim of DV, but the other stuff is somewhat closer to home for me. Don't ask me to explain what did happen with me, I simply will not, but because of things and wanting to understand what happened better I've been in peer support groups and such where I got to hear a plethora of abuse stories from men and women alike. (Also the support group had various articles as resources for members to read.)
Men can be and are rape, sexual assault, and domestic violence victims, and sometimes the perpetrators are women. Whether these cases are the minority or not really shouldn't matter, but the numbers are higher than people tend to think.

Me too Brother. That was a long time ago that I slapped that girl. I didn't hit her in anger, mine was worse I think. It was calculated. I came to a point (remembering that a pop bottle parted my hair) that I thought...if she does it again, I'm gonna knock her on her butt. And she did.
I already knew that I wasn't going to stay with her, but like has been noted already, sometimes it does take time to do it completely. She was the persevering type shall we say? lol. (She stalked me for two years after that!)
