No. Thermodynamics wouldn't allow that. Heat moves from warmer to colder. The heat of moving the plates would first melt the crust and boil away the seas before it would further heat the mantle.

America is just a nation. It's a powerful nation for sure. It's a large nation as regards land mass. But it's just a nation that sits upon the face of the earth. Just like China and Russia and Mexico and the some other 200+ nations that also sit upon the face of the earth. America is going to go the same way as all of the other nations upon the earth. It will be filled with both the wicked and the righteous. Just like most every other nation that sits upon the face of the earth. God isn't out to save America. God is out to save people. German people, Korean people, Chinese people, Mexican people, Chilean people, Venezuelan people, Canadian people, and people of every tribe and tongue that sit within those 200+ nations that rest upon the face of the earth. And friend, it won't make any difference whether they went down to their county elections office and registered to any particular party of our devise.

So, your complaint should be addressed to believers that live in America. And frankly believers that live in all of the nations that rest upon the earth. Because the Scriptures are pretty clear that in the end, every nation that sits upon the earth is going to be against God and His armies when Jesus returns. Despite what we have been told by men full of proud pomp and circumstance, God isn't going to save America. Neither is God going to lose America.

America, like every other nation, from generation to generation is falling deeper and deeper into the sin that Paul describes for us of the sin of people in his letter to the Roman believers. Despite our saying, "God bless America", just as many, many other nations also give a nod to God in their title deed documents, America is just another of the nations filled with a people who will be growing more and more wicked as we march inexorably into the last days.

Our job, as believers in the one true God and the salvation that He has afforded all of mankind through His Son, it to proclaim that message to other people. So that people can find that same salvation. That was what Jesus commanded all of us who would follow after him. So, I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but God isn't going to save America. God is going to save each individual who lives in America that has repented of their sin and striven to follow after the life exampled by His Son. That's who God is going to save. And He is also going to save each individual who lives in every other nation who has done the same.

Here's what God's word says that the people of America will be living like. They will exchange the truth of God for a lie and worship the created rather than the Creator. They will practice shameful lusts even among their women. Its men will be filled with shameful lust for women and even for other men. The people of America will have depraved minds that will allow them and encourage them to do things which ought not to be done. The people of America will be filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. The people will be full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. The people of America will be gossips and slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they will be going about inventing ways of doing evil; their children will disobey their parents. Americans will have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. And even though they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they will not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them. That's what will become of America and every other nation that sits upon the face of the earth.

Now, as I look around, I see this prophecy fulfilling more and more every day. We, the people who live within the confines of the nation that is called America are, and will be, growing more and more in our wickedness... not God's righteousness. And that's what the Scriptures declare concerning the people that live upon the face of the earth whether they are living in America, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Iraq, Iran, Russian, Great Britain and all the other nations that rest upon the face of the earth.

In fact, as I read the Scriptures where it speaks of a 'beast that rises up out of the sea that everyone follows and declares "who can make war with the beast?"; that's America. We are the beast nation that rose up out of all the various people and cultures of the world. We are the beast nation that everyone follows and that everyone thinks at least twice about going to war with. As I understand the Scriptures, that's what America is.

Now yes, there are righteous God fearing people that live in America, but this idea that America is some holy, God filled nation of people is just wrong, my friend. And God doesn't ask us to save America. God asks us to work spreading the gospel of the salvation that He has offered everyone that some might yet be saved. But trust me please, it isn't going to be some single 'nation of people'. It will be, as the Scriptures declare, people from every tribe and tongue and nation.

God bless you and rather than work to save America, which isn't going to happen, do what Jesus has asked you to do in spreading the message of God's love for individuals to come to the truth and be saved on the day of God's judgment. America is the beast that has risen up out of the sea over the last 300 years and has become the nation that throws fear into every other nation. The nation that everyone looks to and follows after and dreads making war with. But it is a 'beast' nation and not a godly nation at all. The only nation that God ever says He is concerned with as a nation, is the nation of Israel.

Yes, just as 'how' could a young woman have had a child although she never had relations with a man. Just like how the sun stood still in the sky over Israel. Just as a shadow cast by the sun moved backwards rather than the inevitable forward that all shadows move. Just as a vast sea of water divided and stood as a sentinel on both the right and left hand of those passing through the created chasm on dry ground. With God all things are possible because God is the one powerful and majestic wise God who can do all things.

And a man in New Orleans uses his depraved mind to murder 10 people and wound dozens. Events such as this and the hate of one another will grow greater with each generation. Someone with a depraved mind goes into a school and murders dozens of children and teachers. That, my friend, is what the Scriptures seem to pretty clearly describe as the future of not only America, but the people of the world over. But rest assured that no amount of preaching to the lost of how wicked they are is going to change the truth of the prophecies of God's word. But the preaching of the gospel may save a few before it all comes crashing down when Jesus steps out and calls those who are his to him and the rest are thrown into the winepress of God's wrath.
