Then you are suggesting in,ignorance there are private sewer plants ,or also that one acre for will sell for less then 1 million on the beach ,habitat isn't a bank ,they buy,land. And that's via donated money and costs from,selling furniture ,economic drives them to mainland.

A million would buy a large lot ,over over a few acres.they don't pay habitat but sign an arrange mortgage under the help with habitat .

The rich here can be snobbish but it's not in any,wise central at all.
 
Wales vs South Africa semi final tonight.

I'm going South Africa for the win. So a South Africa vs England Final. I think England will take it out for there second world cup.


Unfortunately us Kiwis got knocked out by England who deserved the win. Of the 42 matches played between New Zealand and England, New Zealand have won 33 and England 8, whilst one match was drawn. So we still the best. Lol. Just not on the day that mattered.
 
Bregman hit a grand slam and Astros lead 8-1 in 7th.

The Series will be tied at 2-2 barring some miracle on the Nationals' part tonight.

One more game in DC, then back to Houston if games 6/7 are needed.
 
Tucker had a chance to hit a

second grand slam in the same inning,

which has never been done in a World Series game before, but no history was made, he struck out, ending the half-inning.

Oh the rich are great. I've been talking to a number of rich people for many years. I don't always agree with them, but their arguments are generally well reasoned. They tend to be bright people. At least the self made millionaires anyway.

Zoning is central planning. It can be done right to promote safety. It can also be abused to oppress the non rich. I'm in favor of safety, but not oppression.

Not here.the market outside of industrial ,business zoming planned 100 years ago,and modified .cant just build on ocean drive and not have roads that cant handle and no parking ,this is 60 year old problem and allowing construction and not accounting for that is stupid.might as well allow business to arm each other and kill the violators.zoning includes safety,

I cant build a race car garage in my house and be a nuisance,I can't do commercial work in a residential zone.that's zoning .too much density and poor drainage .might be a health problem in a storm or also the,lagoon.

I checked the crime stats in my home town. I didn't expect anything less. My home town is beautiful on the outside if you want it to be and stay away from trouble, but underground it's a complete dump.

Moderate corruption and high crime.

Like I said, when the biggest building in your town is the police station you have serious problems.

England vs South Africa final as I predicted. But I don't really care who wins. The play off is better New Zealand vs Wales.

It's the classic public holiday when all the idiots come out.

I'm looking at the beach and there is 8 big people in a small 12ft boat towing a 10ft dingy with another 4 big people on it, no lifejackets.

That's what you call major overload. Boats looks like they about to sink.
