Doesn't Jesus's reply suggest to you that their problem was with "Him". His disciples were following Him.>>>'Self labeled" ?

BTW, if you look again at verse 31, the Jews were accusing the disciples not Jesus.

Righteous before God, as Abraham was, for believing in God.
Children of God by faith in Jesus Christ, baptized into Christ, ( as John Baptist also required to be) and if we are Christs, we are Abrahams seed according to the promise.
