It's been raining for several days nonstop and we're having a flood situation here right now.
This is what our local soccer team's field looks like today:

Not like it really matters. Our local socker team sucks.
The gym where I go for martial arts training is only like 100 meters away from the stadium. So no practise tomorrow I guess.

Lots of rain there; precipitation in the Harz Mountains must have been severe...

Most of middle and south Germany has been drowned. It seems the Harz is alright though.
And I've had the same belt in Karate for the last 12 or so years since I wasn't very ambitious.
Here's another image of today, the orange building in the back is where I'd go for practice. Not going to happen tomorrow I guess. Unless we train in rubber boots.

So do you do Judo, Kung Foo, etc., as well as karate? (i'm not sure of the exact difference, actually...)

Kendo is a modern version of traditional japanese sword fighting.

It's very fun, but I only started this year, so I'm still learning the basics and won't be fighting any time soon.
There's a lot more martial arts out there I'd like to learn if only I had more time. I'll need to marry a rich guy so I don't have to work and can spend every day practicing.
