To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted.
 
This makes me think, "there's nothing like the smell of napalm in the morning. It smells like,,,,,victory".

Yahweh was not telling Peter that He cleansed pigs or any other unclean animal. He was teaching Peter not to call any man common or unclean (Acts 10:28). This vision took place about ten years after Yeshua resurrected and supposedly cleansed all meat, yet Peter still had never eaten unclean. Edited by staff

I think if you were to ask a Jew if they were to eat pork, what kind of pork would it be, I think bacon would come out on top.

Who can walk into a breakfast diner and not be overwhelmed by the smell of bacon.

So, who else on here likes pork?

My Grandpa Schoenberg raised Grand Champion Pork and some Islamic freak is going to be offended because I love Pork Loin, Pork Chops, Smoked Ham, Sausage and Bacon? And I promise everyone here there is nothing for lunch that compares with dose Tacos de Pastor y Tortillas de Maize.

Some freak with a Cavalry Hat! LOL! And actually, when you are getting rockets and mortars every other night, there ain't nothin"that smells better than Napalm in the morning accompanied with multiple Secondary Explosions as you perform your preflight. Those viet cong will not be shooting as you take off!

You seem to overlook one important aspect of that passage from Isaiah, and that is it is to those who try to sanctify themselves and those who try to purify themselves. But those who are truly in Christ do not try and sanctify themselves, for they know that it is Christ that sanctifies them, and they know that the blood of Christ purifies them. This verse only states the same thing taught by Jesus and written of by Paul: those who try and justify themselves by the law shall be judged by the law. You are not condemned for eating swines flesh, you are condemned for trying to sanctify yourself by the works of the law instead of being sanctified in Christ by Faith.

I am justified by faith, not law. I am sanctified and purified by Yeshua, not law. Abstaining from swine's flesh is a fruit of my justification by faith, not the means to it. Edited by staff
