Oh! I didn't consider the possibility of rain. As I recall, the building to the right of the theatre (when one is facing the theater) is cleanly painted and looks fine.

the north part of the vero furniture. this was never part of the bank but was at some point part of the bank, an also furniture mart. in some photos this was a western auto.

There used to be Western Autos in Illinois. Haven't seen one in years, though.

Yes. Only the barber shop and jewelry, zeran are original .off these only lothar zeran is the original owner.Monica worked in the plaza in question.you could walk the store fronts and make out the original signs on the walkway

The farmers bank you will love the awnings and appreciate my photos of 14th ave.Osceola is rt 60.the entire area he talks about I have walked out.the roachs garage is where that motor bank was the or the parking lot.city hall is a parking spot .i will watch several times to orientate that right. Streets have not changed .
 
On a sad note.Jack Chestnut sr passed .he ran the Florida Theatre and also the drive inn.

I will copy his obit.I know his son Jr who Is a retired cop.I met him whike he patrolled the streets on foot in the video long before working for the city when I was working at FBC.I was thinking of those days today.
 

This isn't the Wodtke's the parking meters were on seminole ave aka 14th ave .I'm thinking this is north of the theatre at the seminole building or perhaps south.I will find out.

Orientation confirmed.im.suprised he wasn't using seminole, and mohawk,and cherokee Avenue in names .THE Garage Stood,Where I Took THE Photo Of THE Furniture Mart On THE South side.
