Thank God we are not under the law but under Grace. Romans 6:14

So, if someone comes around to your house tonight, has a go with your wife, clunks you in the head with a ball bat and then loads all your possessions into a truck and hauls them away, you will give thanks that person was not under the law?

The 'evil present,' the presence of 'indwelling sin' remains under the curse of the Law.

And we all have same.

There is no justifying, authorizing, condoning or making those facts legal or under grace.

It can't be done.

Yes.

Hence the term "sin in the flesh".

For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, Romans 8:3

King David must of been beside himself as he calls the law 'sweeter than honey' in Psalms 19:7-14

What law is he speaking of? That the flesh cannot keep?
Ro 7:7 ¶ What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.

I don't see phrase - that the flesh can not keep - in the verses you quoted.

Could you rephrase your question?
