Why do some drivers seem to aim at the puddles when they drive past pedestrians, when the puddles can be easily avoided?

Probably for the same reason some drivers push up real close when someone is trying to merge :D
 
Yes we are in the me generation for sure. Probably much like in Noah's days.
 
Why do "bow" (as in "take a bow") and "bough" (as in "when the bough breaks...") sound exactly the same, but are spelled completely differently, but "bow" (as in "take a bow") and "bow" (as in "bow tie") are spelled exactly the same but sound completely different? Who made up this language?
