The picture is an entrenched meander, this one in the grand canyon. They cannot be formed in a year or even a human lifetime, since they form by eroding into rock in an area undergoing slow uplift.

Obviously, such a feature could not possibly form in soft sediments.

You've probably heard the creationist story that Grand Canyon-like features formed at Mt. St. Helens in a short time.

I've been there. They lied.

I think you mean to say: Screw with the data enough to where it appears to support creationist junk-science.

It is a shame that in the schools today, some teachers want to teach evolution as fact just like many sex educators teach that homosexual and bi-sexual behaviors are natural and normal too,but we know that these behaviors are not natural, normal or good for people. The world will argue and say that they are.
We can't all be right!
You're welcome to stay insulated in your fantasy world where left=right and up=down as long as you wish, but just don't expect to take you seriously when you impose your fantasy on us.

I think you mean to say: I believe I am always right, and we should accept what I think the word says, and go on.

you can study the bible without being critical of the bible in a negative sense.
We have to be critical of the Bible if we as Christians are to take ourselves seriously.

If you are looking for ways to make the bible support what your heart wants to believe, you can pretend it says all sorts of things.
Irony much?[/quote:0b369]

:o :o :o What?
