The "End Times"

Out of the top of my head:

God cannot lie. That’s from the Bible. God says it, therefore, of himself.

Now before someone is tempted to think God is less than they thought he was if He cannot lie, let’s look at this in terms of one of us. If a man was told that he better lie or else face unpleasantness and he says “he cannot lie,” do we think more or less highly of said man who reports that he cannot lie?

I'm not seeing how this relates to God not gathering the 12 Tribes again because it would somehow be wrong because they've intermarried thru the years and so God wouldn't do that...

By this time I am surprised no one has brought up the absence of Dan and the presence of Manasseh.
You didn't give me a chance :lol

Rev 7

These servants are the generational 144,000 from the twelve tribes of Israel, except for the tribe of Dan and Ephraim as they fell to idol worship and allowed God to be removed from them, Judges 18:30; 1 Kings12:25-33; Hosea 5:9, 11;Psalms 78:9-17, 65-67. To keep it twelve tribes since Dan and Ephraim are not mentioned in vs. 4-8 the tribe of Joseph appears twice, once under his own name and once under the name of his son Issachar/Manasseh. Judah is mentioned first as Messiah was to come from the lineage of David.

Thank you as now I know what you meant by that statement.

Let me ask you, does God create evil?

Confess, not ask.
Confessing is accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior when you believe in your heart that He is who He says He is.

I would think you have friends as you confess that they are your friends and that you have a friendship/relationship with them when you hang out with them. This is the same with our relationship with Christ as we hang out with Him getting to know Him better.

I have traced my family tree back to the tribe of Levi so no, I don't think Abrahams's blood line that consist of Isaac and Jacob/Israel has died off. The modern day tribes are still alive scattered throughout the world as God said He will gather them all back to Jerusalem (144,000 from each tribe Rev 7) in the end of days.
Just so you realize, 144000 is like <1% of all the Jews there are scattered in the world.

I don't believe all prophecy has come to pass. I believe it's on going, or current until our Lord returns. I don't mean to say that all the people or entities described as "yet to come" are here now, but in a sense, what they do is really no different from what has always been done. It's like a story that keeps replaying over and over. Does that make sense to anyone?
Jesus said the horrible events he described in Matthew 24 will never happen again. So I know the above is a likely popular view, no definite pinpointing, it isn’t Jesus’ view.

Where does the Bible talk about "asking" God/Jesus to be your Lord and savior?
Matthew 22:44 kjv
44. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?

Revelation 3:20 kjv
20. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

I am in no way saying that this is easy to grasp / comprehend, and it may be a stretch.

When he asks to com in the door a taser does not zap salvation on / in you. A meal (of word become flesh) takes a while to digest.

Philippians 2:13 kjv
13. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of hisgood pleasure.

God sent his Son that we might have eternal life (His good pleasure)

You are permitted to reject the thought, but it gets close IMHO

You might look at:
Acts 8:34 kjv
34. And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man?

Now we want his kingdom come his will done here as it is in heaven.
Jesus is saved from enemies in heaven
We are saved from sin / enemies on earth so that we might go to heaven.

Where do any of those verse address the question asked? The question was where does the Bible teach to ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior?

Please don’t say it’s difficult to grasp. It’s easy as pie to grasp. The problem is the Bible doesn’t say this anywhere.

The law written in stone
The stony heart changed to a heart of flesh
One is the ultimate reality hoped for
The other is a schoolmaster till it happens

Both exist, but one is passing away
The seed must die that the plant might exist

That doesn’t fit the description of the temple being involved.

They already have plans to build a new temple. They have building materials and new golden showcase furniture and all those things made and ready, but I think they want to build it where the Dome Of the Rock is so that's slowing them down some. I'm not sure why we haven't heard about someone blowing up the dome of the rock yet. I think it's coming.

And I think the antichrist is going to set up a statue of himself in the Holy of Holies in the temple, and that officially sets off the Great Tribulation. He declares himself God and trys to make everyone worship the statue.

As I understand it...

That’s the theology for sure. I don’t believe any of it.
