For people 4 years and up!
RDA is over 4 thousand mgs of potassium!
Unless you like dried apricot halves, and lentils, you might not
get enough potassium.

25 grams of fiber! Do we get enough every day?
No.
Most foods only have 4 or 5 grams per serving.

1 thousand milligrams of calcium a DAY is needed,
and that MUST be coupled with vitamin D,
or it isn't absorbed!

OK, I'm now involved with the Low Country Orphan Relief.
I make small quilts, and am trying to get people to either make quilts, or
donate fabric leftovers to me, so I can keep making them.
Here's the pattern I use:

They also need school supplies, clothing, books, and toiletries. If the Lord lays it on your heart to send them something, please do! You're reading this post for a reason!
If everyone sent just one or 2 items, it wouldn't cost much, and it would help orphans, which is one of the people we're SUPPOSED to help.

Now, if you have fabric scraps, and want me to use them, PM me.
