THE SONS OF GOD IN GENESIS 6:1-7

God is Sovereign and in his rule -
He tries to direct us in the path he desires
He will chasten us with words
He will chanson us with physical hints
He is slow to anger, but ultimately He will allow us to go a persons way. (Judas?)
Also in Job Satan was allowed to use Gods Sovereign control of weather and men against Job.
God sets limits to what Satan can do.
Other things
God can lock Satan’s power

Because there is Sovereign rule by God, everything will be revealed when the books are opened. Our understanding will be completed at the judgement.

Angels have the ability to manifest in this realm as human.

These two men who came with the Lord were angels, yet they could eat food and drink.

They had feet that became dirty, indicating the human features.


Does “wind” eat natural food and drink, and have human extremities?


These angels left they spirit realm, their abode and took on human form, to accompany the Lord on His mission.

And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; Jude 1:6

Other angels who left their own abode did so because they “saw” the daughters of men were beautiful.

They later went on to Sodom and were attacked by the homosexuals there, who wanted to rape them.


Now the two angels came to Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them, and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground. Correct. If He didn't Will it, then it never happens.

Free will in man and angel is an illusion. NOT EVEN GOD has free will as we do. He has only ONE WILL: Good.
You can choose the grey sweater or white shirt to wear today, but even THAT choice is ordained by God and predestined for you. But to choose something that is creatively and naturally IMPOSSIBLE you can't do. You can't jump over 50 feet in the air without mechanical assistance. God cannot create a rock to heavy He can't move it.

As saith the proverb of the ancients, Wickedness proceedeth from the wicked: 1 Sam. 24:13.

We choose in accordance with our nature. A lion will eat meat but not chicken feed. Put both in front of it and see which it chooses. A leopard cannot change its spots.

Take note: It was God who made it all happen, even the fire from heaven.

Angels or Christological apparitions if sent by God can and will do all that God commands.

But Jesus said that in heaven we do not marry nor give in marriage but are like angels.

Thus, we are like angels that do not marry nor give in marriage. These sons of God that married non-Covenant daughters of MEN were humans, not angelic beings.

And the entertaining "angels" in Hebrews? More humans. Pastors and prophets who travelled and gave "Good Tidings" (definition of "angel/angelos") where they went. One never knew they were evangelists until one was hospitable and engaged them.

Revelation 12:3-4 kjv
3. And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

Satan could go and come from heaven at a point in time. I was not there so I do not know if angels could make the Journey.

Satan tempted Eve with words. Could Satan have tempted angels to leave then they saw the women.

There is a difference? Between the cherub level angel and regular angels?

We really are short so much information.

Who did he speak of.

About the time we think we know who we are reading about we find out ihe meaning may be broader than we thought.

And the scripture was

32. The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth:


The disciples were sanctified/empowered at Pentecost (after their mothers womb).
Wait at Jerusalem? Which Jerusalem?

You think that murder and rape are a part of His perfect will or His active will?

I can understand those things being a part of His permissive will.

God permits those things because He subjected the creation to vanity in hope.

He allowed sin to enter in to the human race because sin was a possibility in "all things" and He wanted to create things in such a manner as to be able to deal with sin.

The long ago first readers of Genesis would have understood who the "sons of God " are . That is why there is no other explanation given . And this verses in Job 38 seals the deal on who the "sons of God " are . Not human .


1 Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
2 Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?
3 Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.
4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.

The Eunuch was reading Isaiah.
Philip took him through the prophecies and the Scripture spoke for itself.

God created Adam sin-ful.
There is only ONE God, there is NONE like Him, and He gives His glory to NO ONE.
Not even Adam.
Thus, Adam was created sin-ful. That's the only way God can create him because there is only ONE God, there is NONE like Him, and He gives His glory to NO ONE.

There you go, thinking angels married women.
Angels don't marry. Fallen angels or elect angels. They don't marry. These fallen angels if they are fallen angels as you say are not going to do a God-thing and marry. They dispise marriage. They hate God. They hate everything about God, and they are not going to get in a consecrate union with women.
The sons of God are humans.
