There Is Only One Baptism With the Holy Spirit By Jesus Christ

All that Christ taught me through Holy Spirit, is very much different from what I write and post which is through my spirit for which I am responsible.

Why would you write something "very much different" than what you claim the Spirit teaches you?

So then are we to assume nothing you write is Spirit taught or Spirit led? :chin

I was separating the two actions - what Holy Spirit teaches and what I post, which means, my posts are not necessarily being taught by Holy Spirit but posted through my understanding for the things not taught to me by Him (since I am not mature on those topic or beyond my understanding or the time has not yet come).

If anyone is led by the Holy Spirit to post, I probably must read his post as equal to Bible itself. Did you find anyone?

Whenever I reply, I always say the understanding is through the Holy Spirit and it is He who teaches. However, you are saying something that I said so... which I never said. For instance, I can't even find the word 'Holy Spirit' in your statement claiming to be said by me. Why are you trying to say something which I never said, then trying to prove something based on what you say that I said, which has nothing to do with my post or what I actually said. I can't understand what are you trying to prove?

More sidestepping Felix, more sidestepping!!!

You told me that you have INFALLIBLE PERFECT INTERPRETATION and PERFECT UNDERSTANDING of the entire Scripture...so I then asked you to please explain to me WHO IS THE MAN that Mark of the Beast number refers to, and how does the number 666 refer to that MAN? And what exactly IS the MARK and WHO will get it and WHY?

Yet I am still waiting for you to explain it to me.

So Can you seeing you claim to have INFALLIBLE PERFECT INTERPRETATION and PERFECT UNDERSTANDING of the entire Scripture?

Infallible? Perfect? ..

YES you heard right!!! Felix claims to have INFALLIBLE PERFECT INTERPRETATION and PERFECT UNDERSTANDING of the entire Scripture! It floored me at first, but then I came to realise that he is a false teacher of a false gospel and BY THEIR FRUIT WE SHALL KNOW THEM!!!:screwloose

Felix teaches an Indian theology about salvation, similar in ways to what Deepak Chopra teaches! Deceptive indeed!

I told you what I meant. Yet you want to say, what you want me to say... what's this? I think this isn't going anywhere constructive.

Well Josh, then you are in no position to lecture me about sins that you yourself are guilty of committing! That would be as silly as a thief lecturing me and telling me not to steal!

This reminds me of a story Josh that I want to tell you to help you understand.

A lady goes to the wise man in a village and asks the wise man to tell her son to stop drinking alcohol. The old wise man in the village says "I cannot do that, come back in 1 month". So she brings her son back 1 month later and now the wise old man says "stop drinking!" The woman looks confused and asks him why he didn't say that 1 month ago. But the old wise man says "1 month ago, I was drinking"

Felix, what you teach is more like Eastern Mysticism, and not Scripture!

I want to ask you a question and please answer HONESTLY: Have you ever read any Deepak Chopra books? Yes or No? The reason I ask is that I see some similarities with what you teach that Deepak Chopra also teaches. And there is even some Hinduism in your teachings.

And YES, I have read some of his books and watched some of his DVD's, so that's how I can tell similarities between you and Deepak Chopra. And for your information, Deepak Chopra is a false teacher!

Ephesians 4:4There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

There is only one hope of our calling and thus one baptism given by Jesus Christ. This is to His glory as our Saviour at our salvation: and to be given at no other time afterwards because there is no more calling to heed in that regard.

1 Corinthians 12:13For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

There is only one drink of the one Spirit and that is to be baptized into the body of Christ.

Galatians 3:14That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Hebrews 11:1Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.....6But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Galatians 3:26For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 27For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

1 Corinthians 6:19What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

We are not in the process of becoming His: we are His since our salvation.

Hebrews 4:9There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. 10For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. 11Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

There are no other baptisms with the Holy Spirit to seek after, so rest in Jesus Christ.

Amen...

Sorry, I don't know who Deepak Chopra is, and I don't care what he teaches.
You blame me for post #82 for quoting Scripture which says, Holy Spirit teaches us all things.

No wonder, Christ Himself was referred to using the Devil. Do you know what He replied?

RIGHT! Only ONE baptism today. It is water baptism.

The Bible states that, "we must be born of water and the Spirit." When we are born (we come by water) through our Mothers womb. Your Mothers water comes forth (breaks) and she conceives the birth of a child. This is the "physical" birth. Next, in order to become Spiritually,"Born again" we must, acknowledge that we are a sinner (before God the Father) then we must ask for Jesus (the Son) to be our Lord and Savior. Then lastly we must ask to be filled and sealed by the Holy Spirit.

Being born of water means only that we are born by the natural process of physical birth. It doesn't mean "water Baptism." Being born again by the Spirit is a NEW birth "Spiritually." Water does not wash away sin, only the shed blood (Atonement) of Christ washes away sin. John 3:5 talks about these 2 separate processes...

In any case Felix, you teach Eastern Mysticism and bits of Hinduism, and not Scripture!!! :screwloose

You don't need to tell me what I teach unless you quote what I said and give your defense based on Scriptures- not based on someone I knew not and some other religion.

Do you think I come from a Hindu based family and got converted? For you information, My great-great-great grandfather was an evangelist. My great-great grandfather was a pastor and my great grandfather was a reverend. I never knew a single story in Hinduism and never knew what it teaches (except from what I hear in testimonies).

All I say is Holy Spirit teaches us all things, based on Scripture what I read. Now tell me where I am wrong based on Scripture. If you can't just don't behave immature by branding others and equating others to something.

Is there a moderator for this thread?

All I know Felix is that after reading your beliefs and teachings, I have concluded that you teach Eastern Mysticism and bits of Hinduism, and not Scripture!!!

The gospel you present and teach has a foundation in Eastern Mysticism and bits of Hinduism and NOT ON BIBLE and is not congruent with the gospel of grace from Scripture.

And the moment you claimed that you have infallible perfect interpretation and perfect understanding of entire Scripture, then is when I knew without a doubt that something was seriously wrong!

You still don't back your claims according to scripture. I mentioned Scripture in #82. You never mentioned any scripture till now to say how they are wrong.

The Scripture gospel teaches that we are saved by FAITH + GRACE ALONE and NOT WORKS OR HUMAN EFFORT! But you have taught that's wrong, and that we can only be saved if we also produce works! So that proves you teach false gospel not based on Scripture! Eph 2:8-9 + Romans 4:4-5 contradicts you!

Where did I say " NOT WORKS OR HUMAN EFFORT! "? Can you please refer my post? You are saved by grace through Faith, not works of the Law.

Producing good fruits for Christ is not a work of the law. If any don't produce good fruits, Christ will cut him down.

(Luke 3:9) "And even now the ax is laid to the root of the trees. Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire."

Any you denying Luke 3:9?

You enjoy blaming me saying 'Eastern Mysticism and bits of Hinduism' which I have no idea what it is, but yet you deny Luke 3:9.

Where did I say " NOT WORKS OR HUMAN EFFORT! "? Can you please refer my post? You are saved by grace through Faith, not works of the Law. ...

I can PROVE it that you reject salvation by FAITH + GRACE ALONE by asking you one question... can I be saved, accepted by God and inherit eternal life if I have faith in Jesus as my Lord and Saviour but produce NO WORKS? YES OR NO?

Clarification:
Is WORKS referring to
  1. works of the law
  2. fruits of the Spirit

THE END, CASE CLOSED, my point has been proven :)

That's how you replied to my question, "can I be saved, accepted by God and inherit eternal life if I have faith in Jesus as my Lord and Saviour but produce NO WORKS? YES OR NO?"

I REST MY CASE :) You ADD to faith + grace to be saved.

You can't clarify what do you mean by WORKS?

(Jas 2:26) For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

(Rev 3:1-2) "And to the angel of the church in Sardis write, ' These things says He who has the seven Spirits of God and the seven stars: "I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die, for I have not found your works perfect before God.
