Thoughts on WHO?

Ezrider, I hope you have a sense of humor. :lol But really, this 'alas', and 'unto' stuff's gotta stop. And this secret knowledge stuff has to quit.

It's okay to instruct little babes, but not the way you're doing it. And unless you want to go with what the Bible says, and not this other secret stuff, I'd stay away from trying to teach Christians about the things of the faith. Honestly.

I was not going to respond to this thread any longer, but then I just came across this scripture looking for something else, so it has become worthy of a response.

Isaiah 45:3-4
And I will give thee the treasures of darkness,
and hidden riches of secret places,
that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.

For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect,
I have even called thee by thy name:
I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.

He will give unto me the treasures of darkeness.
He will give unto me the hidden riches of secret places.

Oh, and he has surnamed me. Why how does one receive a surname? Is it not by marriage?
For you shall no longer call me "My Master"
But you shall call me "My Husband"

Matthew 13:34-35
All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

.

Oh, and he has surnamed me. Why how does one receive a surname? Is it not by marriage?
For you shall no longer call me "My Master"
But you shall call me "My Husband"
It's an analogy.

Which I have no problem with. It's an accurate one.
It's not a command to literally call Christ our husband.
It's an analogy to help us understand our relationship with Christ.

Husband and Christ pertains to the two will become one passage in the bible. I know how this is with my earthly husband. I have morphed some of my husband's attributes with myself. I basically is his representative now, cause I know him so well.
