Thanks for the explanation. It was entertaining, but I'll stick with facts I can see in scripture.

For example, it wasn't just a third of the earth that was in rebellion:

11 The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.
12 So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. (Gen. 6:11-12 NKJ)

It was entertaining?

I believe what was being spoken of was the fall of angels. One third.

I misunderstood, thought it was a "sci-fi" like view of the flood. I did find it entertaining, I like scifi.

I agree a third of the angels fell based on Rev. 12:4

I apologize for any offense; I didn't mean to offend. I genuinely found it "entertaining", "first earth" "flesh age" reminded me of "Lord of the Rings" "middle earth" etc.

They are "sons of God", as we are through Christ, equals. But only humans bear the image and likeness of God, which includes having dominion over the earth (Gen. 1:26-28).

NKJ Gen. 6:2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.
4 There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.
NKJ Job 1:6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came among them.
