Stray bullet, I don't remember you applying to be a mod??
Since, it's me that has activated most of the mods here, What I do is read and watch how they interact with others here. What I look for is someone who is solid in scripture. I believe that the bible is the word of God and I choose mods I feel have a strong biblical foundation and nothing else it doesn't matter if they are Catholic or Protestant....etc as long as they know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Let me say one more thing everyone that has applied to be a mod are considered..
