What will be too late?
IF we crucify the flesh daily, by the Spirit, how will it be too late.
Yes, one of is teaching truth and the other is not.

I would hate to go through this life, thinking I couldn’t confess my sin before God and be forgiven and cleansed of unrighteousness.
It will be a sad day, when a person who never confesses their sin, because they have “deceived themself” into thinking there physical body is sinless, and they are sinless, and then they die in their sins and come before the Lord on that Day, only to realize it’s too late.

"Null" means to have no value, therefore "annulled" speaks of the value given to the body's desires (consider James 1:13-15 in this context).
"Structure" means to have an orderly composition, therefore "destruction" means to undo the orderly construction of a thing. The destruction of the body means to take away the functionality of the body.
This is just a question of semantics.

As long as it copies Paul's "calling on the name of the Lord", I can agree with your POV.
It is written..."And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord." (Acts 22:16)
Just as Peter preached in Acts 2:38, Paul called on the name of the Lord when he was washed- baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins

It will be too late to die with Christ at our crucifixion with Jesus.
If you actually crucify it once, you don't need to do it daily.
The "flesh", the old man, the body of sin, is dead and gone already.

Walk in the light and you can say you have no sins.
Verse 8 applies to those who walk in darkness, which Pro 4:19 says is sin.
Walk in the light, and then you can say you have no sin.
As God is that light, and there is no sin in God, those in Him-the light, also can have no sin on them.
Don't commit any and you will not have to confess any.
Hopefully, they will have turned form sin by then, and started walking in the light.

With all our unrighteousness cleansed, we can say we have no sin !
Maybe you could show us some passages where the Gospel was preached using the phrase “repent of your sins.”
In that way, I can see where you are coming from.

If we should sin, God does not cast us away.
If we wander away from Him, God wants us to return and be reconciled.

Denying ourselves the things of this world, daily and sowing to the Spirit, daily is how we will reap eternal life.
Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. Galatians 6:7-8
Sorry brother but we are called to daily take up our cross and follow Him. We are to daily be filled with the Spirit; sowing to the Spirit, feeding upon His word, spending time with Him alone, separating ourselves to Him. Fasting and praying in the Spirit.
These daily habits of sowing to the Spirit are how we grow strong everyday, and crucifying the flesh by the Spirit.
Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
Romans 8:12-13

The Spirit leads us to have godly habits, to sow or invest our time towards the things of the Spirit, spending time in prayer, private devotion, reading and meditating on His word, as well as fasting and praying in the Spirit. These are they ways we stay built up inwardly, to live our life according to the Spirit.

Paul is saying that he is no longer controlled by the needs of his body because it is through those needs that desire drags him out of his place of contentment, giving birth to sin, as James puts it. Paul is saying that he is not unaware of his body's needs, but that the weight given to the consideration of those needs is nil.
"Every competitor exercises self-control in all respects. They do it to receive a perishable crown, but we do it to receive an imperishable one. 26 So I run in this way—not aimlessly. So I box in this way—not beating the air. 27 Rather, I punish my body and bring it into submission, so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified."

It can be said to be true in some ways.
Yes, we are warned about arguing about words. It only is strife and destroys those who observe us.
It is more that the expression you have used is saying something different than the doctrine you are promoting. To say that the body has been destroyed means that it no longer functions, but the doctrine teaches that the body is a vessel that functions to the glory of God. Only, it is the desires of the flesh that have been brought to nothing because it is they that war against the desires of the spirit. The flesh is not synonymous with the body, and the annulment of it is not synonymous with the destruction of it. Look, I have shown you the original word used by Jesus to speak of destruction, and it is not the same as the word used by Paul for the annulment of the body. Why is Paul not saying that the body has been destroyed?

The point is that "I" am more than my body. The "old man" is the flesh: the mind and the heart, but the body is only a vessel. It is the "old me" that has passed away, not my body. Our bodies continue to serve their function under new management when we become born again.
