God killed the first born of Egypt including Pharos son because he would not let the Jews go.

God does not interfere with man's sinful nature. There will be a judgment when all wrongs will be made right.
God sends Judicial hardening due to mans sinful nature. And man is born with a sinful nature, so God is Just in hardening the non elect then punishing them without mercy.

Gods Love is Sovereign and only for some in mankind, the rest He hates Rom 9:13

13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

Those He Loves they didnt choose Him, He chose them in Christ before the foundation.
God chose Abraham as well.

But in regard to Jacobs offspring as you point out Gods chosen people, when God led them out of Egypt with His purpose to a land of milk and honey most of them died in the desert because of their unbelief. So Gods choice in election didn't save them. That warning was given in the NT as in do not harden you hearts as they did.

God can do all that He is pleased to do. We all know He answers to no one and when He acts no one has the power to reverse His will.

2. I had stopped writing to you and then didn't feel well for a few days. When I came back on board I forgot and posted to you. I'm very sorry I forgot.

3. There is no such Covenant called the
Covenant of Grace or the Covenant of Peace.

Please go to a study of covenants outside of reformed theology and post.

You are reporting what?
That I pointed out that Isa uses the term Covenant of peace, which you deny exists?
You did post to me.
I did answer.
Maybe you should not post to me as you evidently do not like being corrected.
Others seem to understand my posts just fine..
Isa.54:10 speaks of a covenant of peace

Still waiting for a list of the covenants.

No reformed sources please.

Things are getting a little too personal in this thread. Please address the arguments and not the person.

Thank you.

God chose Abraham as well.

He sure Did, In fact He exclusively chose the seed of Abraham Ps 105:6

O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.

The point is, He only Loves His Elect, the non elect He hates, Rom 9:13

13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

Jesus made a big mistake then.
He taught that we're to love even our enemies.

So God hated Esau....
That means God can't follow His own rules.

Amazing what conclusions incorrect doctrines will lead us to.

Have you read of Gods concern for Nineveh. Even though they weren't Gods chosen they had the ability to repent before God after being warned and when God saw what they did He spared them the destruction He was going to bring on them.

Really? It shows Gods concern/love for people of the world who were not at that time His chosen.
It shows people who were not Gods chosen had the ability to "believe God" and repent.

And should I not have concern for the great city of Nineveh, in which there are more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell their right hand from their left—and also many animals?”

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.

Rules for thee but not for me

Rules for thee but not for me
Guess you can't find a
COVENANT OF GRACE
COVENANT OF PEACE

Because there's no such covenant between God and Man, named as such,
except for the reformed faith which seems to have its very own ideas about EVERYTHING.

God doesn't love us.
God has no mercy for His creation.
God is an unjust God.

I think you're worshipping a different God.

There are no rules for God, thats a foolish comment. Men are Gods creatures, not His equals !

Well B, this is how it is...

It's explained in
2 Timothy 2:13
13If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself.

What does He remains faithful mean to you?

God cannot deny Himself.
God is what He is.
Didn't He say I AM THAT I AM.
What does that mean anyway?

It means that God cannot be changed...
God is immutable.
I think, but can't remember, that even John Calvin believed this.
Yes, he did, in fact.
Book One
Chapter 6 THE NEED OF SCRIPTURE AS A GUIDE AND TEACHER IN COMING TO GOD AS CREATOR.

Now, please explain this: If we can come to now God as a teacher and as the Creator - which I'm sure you agree He is - HOW would we be able to have any trust in Him if He kept changing His rules all the time?

How could we trust a God that cannot even keep His own rules?

If God wants us to not hate anyone, He also could not hate anyone if He wants to be faithful to Himself.

There are so many contradictions in the reformed faith that a person doesn't know where to start.

Can you smoke and tell your children not to?
Yes, you can.
But will they still respect you?

Now magnify that by 1,000 times and you see what is wrong with your analogy of God doing what He tells His creation NOT TO DO.

I only like to respond to those who are sincere in wanting to learn, so I will no longer offer any such thing to you.
You deny these truths, so even when offered you reject out of hand any truth.
For you to suggest "no reformed links" tells me you do not want to learn, but reject.
No problem, just do not attack me, or other reformed brothers who know indeed what these covenants are, and where they are found. Many prefer to invent a god and teaching that they construct in their minds, and then reject bible teaching. No need to make threats against those who see what you do not.
I will not chase you around...so no need to threaten me.
I will reserve the right to point out posted error and offer correction wherever that becomes necessary.

I was speaking to electedbyhim

He can't seem to find the Covenant of Peace and the Covenant of Grace.
Perhaps you can?

Please remember that the source cannot be reformed, since they do not adhere to what regular, mainline Christians adhere to.

Thanks.

Why must you be insulting? BTW, you are most definitely not the source of truth. And you have no need to make threats against those who see what you do not.
