Did /does .....no..... change that...... Jesus states plainly that Jesus never leaves His disciples - Jesus is with us every day, all the time, as our Perfect Shepherd, Shepherding us Perfectly, Caring for us, for our every need, never failing as Jesus cannot fail, Jesus cannot deceive us nor lie nor abandon us ever, no never; Jesus is with us always! I may be wrong and maybe I do not understand what you are saying, but it seems to me that by your own words you do not understand that Bible Doctrine is simply a set of accepted beliefs held those who accept the Bible as the Word of God. Biblical doctrine then defines the parameters of Christian teaching on a given topic, such as God, sin, salvation, etc.

To study doctrine is to learn essential theological truths for the purpose of embracing them in our lives.

For example, it is through doctrine that we know there is a Heaven to be gained and a Hell to be missed.

Doctrine tells us that the one and only way to get to heaven is faith in the Lord Jesus as the Christ of God.

Doctrine tells us that there is a day coming we read in the Revelation when that same Jesus who died on the cross will come again in great glory which is what this thread is about.

Just so you understand the unclean spirits need to come first before the fall of the two witnesses/nations or else Jesus would not have said or call the SODOM and EGYPT

To be "READY" one must believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour!

However, the BOOK of Enoch was written about 200 BC and is part of the Apocrypha and is not considered as an "Inspired" work and is not part of the Word of God. Therefore, nothing found in it worth placing any faith or doctrinal support in.

I agree it was removed from the Holy writings by church leaders after the resurrection, by the Sanhedrin, because it showed through prophecy that Jesus is the messiah.

In the Book of Enoch.......
1. God is invisible to Heaven's angels;
2. angels are jailed in Heaven, and
3. demons repent for their transgressions.

In adddition, the Book of Enoch 33:1-4 states that Enoch counted every star in the night sky. He was reported to have counted and seemingly charted all the stars. However, according to Jeremiah 33:22, the Bible states there are too many stars to count or plan out. The universe has millions of more galaxies, which may be endless.

Then it introduces two angels, RAPHAEL and PHINIAES who are in charge of the salvation of men. Neith one is found in the Bible and NO WHERE in the Scriptures is there a suggestion of angels in charge of salvation.

Listen, brother......science and Scripture do not have to be at odds. There just my be another explination.

The point is that we can not and should not close our eyes to the obviouse things we can see.

Again....it is not science as mush as it is a fact we can see. LIGHT travels at a specific speed and for light to travel a specific distance is observable more than science and it has nothing to do with who we choose to believe.

There are several options.....
1. Gap Theory.
2. pre-Adamic race theory.
