A WRATHFUL GOD & THE ATONEMENT

Nope. It doesnt say that.

That's why I quoted the verse, and then bullet pointed the actual content of the verse, so we can discuss the actual words of scripture.

Again here it is written in scripture.

Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned.
Romans 5:12

  • just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men

…through one man sin entered the world

The sin from Adam entered the world; entered the human race.

Everyone that came into the world through procreation received from Adam sin.

Sin and death spread to all men through Adam.

So questions?
Sin entered heave through one angel?
Death entered the world when Adam could no longer get to the tree of life?

And just the question of the day:
How do we cover a brothers sin?

Good question. Sin didn’t enter man, this we know.

Who became the god of this world who wasn’t before?

The scripture refers often to the world…God so loved the world….be in the world but not of it…

The world doesn’t mean nature.

He calls men out of the world, right?

I can’t because I’ve heard Christians actually blame their sin nature. It’s not uncommon. Just ask people here why they sin and “sin nature” will be the answer. Why do you sin?

Doesn’t change the fact that this is the excuse used.

Ah, the ad hominem attack. You’re a better woman than to
sink to that.
Take a deep relaxing breath and continue.

You relaxed? Ready for this? LOL

Well. Creation may have been very good.
But
Nature seems to have been affected:
Did the serpent lose his legs?
What about briars.
What about the flood.
What about the sores on Job.
What about falling stars.

Nature sure seems change to me.

See why I said to take a breath?

I am extremely well informed to the point that I know that the word rendered “Jehovah” (YHWH) Is totally from man’s imagination despite that “faithful slave” dictating otherwise. Get back to the topic!
Absolutely correct Dorothy Mae, jehovah is the masoretic name pronunciation with all of the nikkudoth symbols so goyim don't know the True Name of Yahuah Tsevaoth.

Jesus surely bore the wrath we deserve.

The ransom payment of Jesus' life was paid to satan in exchange for our life. His life for our life. But by doing so Jesus placed himself in the position of suffering the wrath of God that satan and his slaves deserve where we once stood before he switched places with us. And so Jesus was there in our stead to receive the wrath of God and receive the just wages of sin. And he did. But since he himself didn't actually sin in service to satan, death could not hold him and he rose to life again to rule and reign in the kingdom of God where we who he redeemed from the kingdom of darkness will dwell along with him forever and ever.

One spiritual birth in heaven
One begotten birth on esrth

He was begotten of the Father before creation.

The Son created all things.

He became flesh at the incarnation.

God, The Word, The Son, became flesh.

Try again.

Yeah, maybe, lol.

I'm not a fan of the early church fathers but what I gleaned from their position on this subject is very well confirmed by scripture. I believe it to be the correct understanding of Christ's atonement. I find it to be quite eddif-ing. :lol

Since you can’t quote a “faithful slave” whose teaching you must obey, it’s easy to see it’s not there.
Exodus 21:5 kjv
5. And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free:
6. Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.

Symbolism. I know not again.

Jesus is the slave.
Jesus is the bridegroom. The church is the bride. Saved people are his children.
The master is Father God, who sent his son.

The servitude to the father is to do the will of the father.

The judges is Judgement day.

The slave mandate is we follow the example of Jesus.

That has nothing to do with the discussion.

That the powerful leaders of the JWs who tell the others what to believe hide their actually position by being called "faithful slave" and I asked a JW to show where "faithful slave" is in the New Testament. IT was not whether the word "slave" appears in the Bible at all.
