That they were fallen angels and not God's angels.I think that is up for specuation.

Well,they don't have reproductive organs.And why would God say that?Good question.You might want to write that down as one of the many questions to ask Him when you see Him.
I fixed my wording. I meant to say that it is bizarre that some people claim God created angels with reproductive organs.

IF someone claims that angels had sex with women, then they DO have sexual organs. No one said they DON'T have then?
Sons of God is a reference to the offspring or creation of God, not the offspring of men.
A son of man is a reference to the offspring of man.

"Jesus often referred to Himself as the Son of Man. In fact, this title is used 88 times in the New Testament. Son of Man refers to Jesus being a human being.
Jesus used this title in three distinct ways:
In a general way - almost as a substitute for the pronoun "I." Luke 9:58 says, "Jesus replied, 'Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.'"
Specifically dealing with suffering - Mark 8:31 says, "He then began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, chief priests and teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and after three days rise again."
Specially dealing with authority - Mark 2:10 says, "But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins. . ."
The phrase "Son of Man" is used as a reference to Daniel 7:13-14 which says, "In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed."
The title Son of Man is Messianic in nature. In the instances that Jesus used this phrase to describe Himself, He was assigning the Daniel prophecy to Himself. The Jewish people of Jesus' time were intimately familiar with the phrase. They knew that Jesus was proclaiming Himself as the Messiah. "

Scripture says that there are men who refrain from marriage and sex with complete capability body wise to do both.
So angels could also.
remember, the 144,000 who are not defiled may be those who have never been with a woman, but they certainly may have completely functioning bodies
I wasn't a child of God until I was saved. The sons of God referred to in gen 6 were Godly men, that is why they were called sons of God.

A son of God is a person who is created or is born of God.
37 the son of Methuselah, the son of Enoch, the son of Jared, the son of Mahalalel, the son of Cainan, 38 the son of Enos, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God. Luke 3:37-38
Adam was created directly by God.
Jesus is the only begotten Son of God.
Believers are called children of God because they are born again, for they are born of God.
Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him. 1 John 5:1

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. John 3:6
and again -
Behold , what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Angels are called sons of God -
Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them.7 And the Lord said to Satan, "From where do you come?" 35 But those who are counted worthy to attain that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage; 36 nor can they die anymore, for they are equal to the angels and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection. Luke 20:35-36
Nowhere in the Old Testament do we find a person called a son of God except Adam.
Only after Jesus was crucified for our sins, and those who believe in Him are born again, that is to say born of God, being born of the Spirit.
It is only those who continue to believe and obtain the resurrection, that are sons of God.
19 For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; 21 because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. 23 Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. Romans 8:19-23
The redemption of our body is a reference to the resurrection, whereby all of creation is waiting for those who will be called sons of God to be revealed.
Until then we have been given the power to become sons of God.
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born , not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. John 1:12-13
Furthermore, the sons of God were not human as they were unaffected by the flood, as they continued to produce Nephilim after the flood wiped out every man from the earth except Noah and his family.
The New Testament writers referred to them as angels.
