Are Christians Sinners?

Right. A non-exclusive statement, including both saved and unsaved. John's unqualified "any" is all-encompassing.
If they have been saved, those reborn of God's seed; they don't produce the devil's fruit.
They have not wasted the Advocates suffering and death with more obedience to the devil.

If they have been saved, those reborn of God's seed; they don't produce the devil's fruit.

What do you mean by "God's seed"? God is not a man, so He doesn't have "seed" of the biological sort. What "seed" do you mean, then? What seed dwells in the born-again person that forces them to produce corresponding non-devilish "fruit"?

As I've pointed out to you many times now, the Bible does clearly indicate that those in whom the "seed" of God resides DO sin.

1 Corinthians 3:1-3, 5, 6, 11.
Romans 6, 7, 8.
Galatians 3:1-3.
Ephesians 5:1-13.
1 John 1:8-10.
1 John 2:1-2.
Revelations 2-3.

And so on. Every NT injunction to born-again believers not to do something sinful is, obviously, an indicator that they are doing so. One does not have to command a sinless person to abstain from sin.

Explain the birth of Jesus Christ from Mary without His seed.

Those that love God with all their heart, mind, and strength, obey God naturally.
They are not forced to obey Him who freed them from sin and given them eternal life.
"Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever." (1 Peter 1:23)
The seed is God's to gender after Himself.

Those who commit sin manifest the actions of those NOT born of God.
Those who adhere to the admonissions and exhortations of God's pastors and teachers show who matters most in their new lives.

He does if he loves them enough to keep after them.
If you tell your kids not to use drugs, does that mean they are doing drugs ?
