Sorry Theodore Acts 2:38 reads "sins" plural not sin, singular. In fact plenty of times the NT even uses the word "sin" to stand for the plural.

Ezra, how do you know the thief wasn't baptized? Can you prove it? Any way you go the thief on the cross died and was buried long before Jesus said "he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved.

not sure of your translation? I think we have been ask to describe the translation we use if it is not the (KJV) Which reads much different!

Just don't see anything in the Scriptures that talk about going to heaven.

That is true, sometimes you do not need to write a novel in order to agree on what the bible says...there is paradise until the day of judgement.

Actually, I don't see anything that says people go to heaven. There is however, quite a bit of Scripture that says people will dwell on a restored earth

you are so far out in left field i have doubts you can make it to home.


That is true, sometimes you do not need to write a novel in order to agree on what the bible says...there is a paradise for now and then if you are lucky you will go to heaven at the day of judgement.
if luck is what your church teaches you best find one that teaches the truth. there is no such thing as luck for a true born again child of GOD.:readbible just where in the Bible do you get this carnal teaching of if lucky *?

Left field? Can you show me a single passage of Scripture that says Christians will go to heaven? I can show you a bunch that speak about them dwelling on earth forever.

No, I not a JW, I am a Christian who follows the Scriptures not the doctrines of men.
