Acts 15 is the Council of Jerusalem.
Peter tells how the Gentiles received the Holy Spirit.
Paul and Barnabas tell of all the wonders being done through them with the Gentiles.
Peter declares that by God's grace, the Gentiles are being saved.
Thus, they were to be included in their group.

There's a lot more to be said about this but elsewhere (I forget off hand), Paul tells us that this Gospel of grace was not given to him by man, but by the Holy Spirit.

Galatians 1:12

You should clarify whether I answered anything remotely close to what you were asking.
And where did I ever say the Gentiles were not meant to be saved?
